Economy shipping is a cost-effective option suitable for customers who are not in a hurry. If you need faster delivery, select Express International Shipping at checkout. The final shipping fee is shown on the checkout page.

Natural calamities, customs clearance delays, or adverse weather may affect delivery timelines. Maroth Jewels Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by such circumstances, and shipping charges are non-refundable in these cases.
3. APO, FPO, DPO, PO Boxes & U.S. Territories
We ship to APO, FPO, DPO addresses, PO Boxes, and U.S. Territories via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Estimated delivery time: 15-30 business days (may vary depending on military or regional postal processing).
Domestic Shipping Policy (India)
We offer express domestic shipping across all major Indian cities. Shipping cost: INR 250 (flat rate). Estimated delivery time: 4-6 business days (may vary slightly for remote or non-metro locations).
Return Policy
We support conditional returns to ensure customer satisfaction.
Return Eligibility - returns do not apply to:
- Custom-made jewelry
- Special orders
- Products modified or personalized as per customer request
Return Conditions
- Return requests must be initiated within 15 working days of receiving the order
- A detailed return request must be submitted via email
- Returns after 15 working days will not be accepted
- Items refused or returned due to customs issues, taxes, certifications, or regulatory restrictions will not be accepted
- Returns will not be accepted for artificially damaged or mishandled products
Steps to Return Your Jewelry
Email us before returning the product with your Order Number, Registered Name, Phone Number, and Email Address.
Pack the item securely with: original packaging, the jewelry item(s), a copy of the invoice, and a note with your name, address, phone number, and email. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
Reason for Return
If the item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, please email clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the actual product to sales@marothjewels.com. Ensure the product is properly packed to avoid damage during return shipping. Once we receive the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 working days, with a confirmation email sent to you.
